Then I dragged my husband out of bed and went down to the Promenade deck (deck 7) to get some more shots and walk a bit. It was a little chilly and VERY windy on the deck so we needed our warm sweatshirts but it was worth it.
As always I get pretty hungry as soon as I wake up so we went in search of food. The only thing we could find open this early was the buffet in the Market cafe. Unfortunately the selection of food was very limited and the food not very good so we left there very disappointed. At that time we ran into my sister and her family. They were hanging out looking at pictures in the photo gallery waiting for the main dining room to open. We decided to join them and see what breakfast was like in the main dining room (Versailles). We found that it was somewhat better.
The weather today was in the low 60s and sunny.
Today was a relaxing day at sea. I joined my sister and dad for a martini tasting which was a lot of fun. And we previewed some art before the art auction. On board they had original art by Picasso, Joan Miró, Salvador Dali, Thomas Kinkade, and many more.
Tonight was the formal night so we got dressed up, had dinner in Versailles, had pictures taken (including a picture with Captain Lars Bergstrom), and went to the show "The Music of the Night".
